Although I had a great experience getting microneedling, making an appointment was a pain in the neck. I called and made an appointment for Saturday afternoon and received a confirmation message. Later I called back to reschedule and she insisted my appointment was on Friday. If I didn't call, I would be charged cancellation fee. I was able to reschedule, but a few days later she called me to reschedule it again due to her schedule change. It was already frustrating, but on top of that she was 20 mins late on the day of the appointment. The door was locked and I had to wait for her at the hallway. Yes the price is really good, but I don't think I wanna go through the messy appointment system.

I had a fantastic experience getting microneedling done with Farah today. She is kind, knowledgeable and has gifted hands. She knew exactly what my skin needed and the results were immediate. I've struggled with my skin for quite a few years and while I've switched up my routine many times, however, I plan on making Farah a staple in my routine going forward. She gave me advice on taking care of my skin at home using products from my refrigerator/pantry...so convenient!
Overall, I highly recommend Farah and I'm looking forward to my next facial.
